Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at TeooShop! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:

Domestic Shipping (Turkey): 2 - 5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: 7 - 15 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or our store's tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. TeooShop is not responsible for orders that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@teooshop.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging/product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
